The quality is to accomplish an appropriate balance between timeliness, price, features, reliability & support to accomplish customer satisfaction.
To improve a quality method is necessary to examine the technology environment (hardware, networks, protocols, standards) & market, & create definitions of quality that suit them. First, the quality is only achieved when you have balance, ie the correct proportions of the right ingredients.

Improving the quality starts from identifying the current weakness. Quality Improvement is a Parallel activity which is done with every activity in SDLC. For example, how much time the testers take to understand the application? How many defects closed per day?

Improving the quality is an activity where each and every individual involved in the project to do. Again, as per the ISO, CMM levels, it has to be measured.

1. Yes, As mentioned Ajith, follow the checklist to maintain a quality. Myself also follow that, Ex Suppose if any customer reported bugs fixed for particular module, we have tested all related use cases as check list. Hope this will work fine.

2. To maintain issue tracker and time tracker for customer reported bugs. The time tracker will automatically notify customer bugs as a remainder, So that you can manage your time lines for better quality.

3. Periodic testing for every major updates to related modules.

Now i have one doubt , we are product background, actually we do not follow any SDLC and any quality standards, In that case how we can ensure better quality. Anybody have good idea please shared your thoughts.
