Need to third party certification authorized site

You mean, your management asked you to find out a third party certification website? For what purpose?

Actually new client asked need authorized certificate in his site.
I am following Manual testing only. I am not following security testing & performance testing. That why asked certificate.

First, the idea of manual testing is - to perform test design, controlling tests, test execution and test report and learning done by a human. This is an approach. I can do manual security testing and manual performance testing.

So, I hope you consider communicating that way.

He asked you a certificate for his site? I think when you are not clear about the problem statement, it might end up asking people in this forum for something else than what your client asked for. Did they ask you directly? Or it was redirected through your manager?

Hi Suthakar,
As Pradeep Soundararajan sir mentioned manual testing can be used even to perform Security Testing or Performance Testing. Coming to Certification I don't believe in it. I believe in my knowledge ( Knowledge is Power ). If I have that knowledge why should I take the certification. This is my view so I am not opposing that others should stop taking the certifications. Thank you.

@Santhosh,

He might be talking about certification testing for a product which is different from a testing certification for a tester. You may want to practice more critical thinking. As you are a fresher, I am glad that you at least write as compared to thousands of other testers who do not write. Helps in getting your thoughts tested.

You just learned Certification testing for a product or you might want to learn more than just the term.

Ask ur Manager to be precise in what he needs does he need third party certified site or Software testing Certification website?

Good that you asked an important question to Suthakar. However, as a tester, when someone is not communicating to you in a precise manner that you think is precise, wouldn't you want to question them?

Ah, yes, you would. I suggest that the problem could have been with Suthakar not asking good and enough questions to his manager. I hope you mentor Suthakar and help create a better tester out of him.

Today I discussed to project manager (no need for third party certified).i told We are providing good deliverable in this site Project manager spoke to client accepted no need for third party certified. Client told no need for certified.

So, you ended up wasting our time by asking a question for which you should have spoken to your manager instead of us, huh?

I am not experience person I am fresher .Yesterday told project manager I accepted (I think that time some other software used that certi….). Today morning discuss other person. After discuss to project manager.
