whats the best frame work to work on and being used by most of the companies...

May i know what is your exact need ?. So that will help you better. The frame works always best. When you choose a frame work , needs consider many things, 1. Technology [that frame work adapt your environment or not]. 2. Business Model [that frame work adapt your business logic or not, some of the people expect more security n all]. The following points have contribute major part when you choose particular framework.
1. The company they have own frame work for own needs.
2. Client frame works designed for particular needs.
3. Some third party frameworks available in markets [like IBM rational suite major contribution in frame work market & so on]

I dont have much knowledge on QTP.. i am planning to learn QTP.. i have asked few institues in Hyderabad who will be teaching QTP. Each institue .. teaching different frame work.. i got confused.. which frame work to go .. and to get job in automation whats the best frame work. for that reason i have put an discussion..

The framework selection depends on what task u have to perform...from my experience i found this hybrid framework a nice one and easy to understand..if you have some knowledge in QTP ucan easily learn this framework setup....First you tell waht is the applicatio u r testigng with and which are the ares u want to automate...

Ok..then dont go into a hurry...first have some basic knowledge in QTP..try to learn descriptive programming..i think its the best way...only after that try for frameworks...otherwise u will feel it very difficult to understand..in case of any help or queries please feel free to contact me...
