Hi,
I m a newbie in selenium and able to work IDE and RC but i am still don't able to work with GRID,
I am kinda fighting with it since few days and did not get any proper documentation and guide to run this.

PS : I am using selenium grid 1.0.8, Apache ant 1.8.3 , Nunit and Visual studio 2008 (c#).

First you learn about Selenium IDE, what it does and in what way you can use it to write scripting test cases in Selenium. Selenium IDE is a plugin for firefox, you can record the user actions and playback and you can generate the scripts in different languages like Java, C#, Ruby, Perl, etc.... then you need to enhance those scripts. After that you need to learn about Selenium RC, here you can run your enhanced scripts. There are steps to setup your environment for example if you are using your Selenium RC with Java, first thing you need to setup your JRE, and you need to have an editor like Eclipse to enhance your script. Then you need to Run the Selenium RC server through command line. Then start playing with scripts running from Eclipse.

Note: One thing i can suggest is go through the blogs search in google, ask some specific doubts on selenium rather than asking generic questions.
