What kind of documents are you looking for? We are just using some test plans and test case templates.. What abt u? Are you following some specific docs?

I've only 2.5 years of experience. For QA Questions you should search interview questions on various websites..
The questions of 4+ years of experienced people are mainly around the domain they have worked on Eg: Finance projects then interviewer might look for some knowledge in finance..
Also, The questions might be more from Planning/managing/leadership perspective.. as 4+ yrs exp candidate should be able to manage people. Also, the candidate should exhibit good knowledge of the Automation/Performance tools he has worked on..
Even if the candidate has not worked on any tool, he must be aware of at least a few names of tools, and why they are used. etc..or what are the benefits of doing some kind of testing.. or when testing should be stopped etc.
Google Search/some 4+yrs interviewer would be the best to get questions and answers for QA. Interview. Also, the questions are mainly based on the job vacancy.. if the vacancy is for a security tester, then interviewer might like to test the knowledge of candidate in penetration testing.
