1Tester having the coding experience and write the code as per the requirement .
2Generic Test Automation fited in more custom requirement
Generic Test Automation is BAD when
1 Tester having very small requirement and he/she spent more time to develop it
2 Tester donot have good knowlege around the language in which he/she has to develop Generic Test
